The Hare and the Tortoise

I read The Hare and the Tortoise. This story is famouse in the world. Haerry Hare loved running more than anything in the world. He is runnning everyday. Everyone said he was the fastest hare in history. Harry was sure of it. Oneday, he said I must be the fastest creature in the world. Let 's have a race to prove it. Then Tom Tortoise plodded over. Tom is very slowly. They have the race next Saturday. All nimals said Tom is crazy. Harry trained extra hard. He woke up early in the morning in the evenings too. Tom didn't seem to be traning at all. At last, sturday arrived. Soon it was time for the race to begin. Harry is so fast, but as soo as he was out of sight, he stopped beside a tree to rest. He settled down in the shade. Soon he was asleep. Meanwhil, Tom was slowly making his alone the course. Hours passed. Harry woke with a start. He ran faster than ever before. He dived over the line, but he was too late. Tom had won and he did't even look out of breath. Nobody knows exactry who Aesop was, but the stories are still popular today, and they are known all around tha world.
